Mental health and social equity are two pillars of the Z Zurich Foundation. The Z Zurich Foundation is committed to encouraging influential leaders to attend the Young World Summit, the world's most empowering international community of young leaders. The Z Zurich Foundation is a charitable organization supported by various Zurich Insurance Group members. Zurich's sustainability agenda, purpose, values, and culture align with the Z Zurich Foundation. 


One Young World is a foundation based in the United Kingdom that brings together the most promising junior leaders from around the world, entrusting them with making lasting connections to effect positive change. One Young World hosts an annual Summit that brings together the most promising young talent from global and national companies, NGOs, universities, and other organizations, as well as world leaders who serve as One Young World Counsellors. The Z Zurich Foundation Scholarship will enable 16 young leaders working on mental health projects or projects promoting social equity through education, employability, or entrepreneurship to attend the Young World Summit 2023 in Belfast, United Kingdom. It runs from October 2nd to October 5th, 2023.

A fully funded scholarship for the OYW summit will pay for all associated costs, such as travel, accommodation, meals, transportation, and participation.
